I don't have acne but I have a lot of pimples on my forehead plus to make worse I have a very large forehead so it really visible. I have a feeling they're going to spread to the rest of my face :( do you guys know any treatment I can use? I already use differin nut its not that effective.

If you have bangs, take them off of your forehead every chance you get because the bangs let out oil, sweat...etc, & all that junk can clig your pores. Also, dont touch your face when your hands are dirty...hope this advice works for you. :)

Hey! Your doc should give you a pill as well; Differin helps to make sure that pimples don't come back, but it's not that great with treating the ones that are already there. Use a strong cleanser with salicylic Acid or benzyol peroxide, and a basic, fragrance & oil free moisturizer.
Living a healthy lifestyle is always beneficial. Also make sure to keep your hair off of your face since it spreads oils & bacteria! If you have a habit of frequently touching your face, try to keep your hands busy with something else. If all else fails, try a strong treatment like Accutane, just be aware of the side effects.
