What's the best coconut oil to use for hair ?? Any suggestions lady's ?

I would say just use the foodgrade coconut oil. That's what I use. I didn't know what brand it is but I buy mine at a Ethnic food store

I'd get the food grade as well. Cosmetic ones have additives like silicone, even sometimes alcohol, dyes, perfume (they add artificial coconut scent) etc

I actually buy more expensive Unrefined Organic Extra Virgin coconut oil for my hair (found at Natural Market-my Southern city's version of a whole foods or trader joe's) but for cooking I used refined coconut oil (that you can find at a local, regular super market)!

My hair takes priority... I save the good stuff for my locks =)
