Definitely dark smokey eyes, it's such a nice contrast to girly blonde hair! Your hair's gorgeous, it's sooo full. I'd put rollers in to make it even bigger. Nothing better than big hair and smokey eyes! Your eyebrows are perfect btw x

Your hair is gorge- I would agree to do a less severe side part only because it obscures your pretty face. Don't change anything about your face makeup, your skin is flawless! If I were you, I would have fun with lip color. You have great lips- never use lip liner. A red lip would be great or go for a shimmery nude lip gloss :)

I love everyone's comments, you all have great ideas! I've noticed comments on my part though, You can't see it here but I have only a slight side part, my bangs are sideswept though so it looks like more at the very front. Also, I'm seeing a lot about red lips, I've tried red but I don't think it looks right on me, any specific shades that would work?

Get rid of your bangs and give you a middle part. Then do a beautiful colored smokey eye to enhance your eye color. A purple shadow all over your lid and smoke out the lash lines to make your eyes pop! Your cheeks I would do a touch of a light pink and keep your lips nude. Your hair I would probably do beach waves or like a beautiful braid that goes across the front of your head down to the side (very loosely). Or I would give you the beach wave hair and your skin I would give you the beach bronze glow with no eyeshadow. Add a nice eyeliner to make your eyes pop. Oh and nothing on the lips but balm. :D
