Use a fitness hoola hoop ring! I use it for an hour every day while i watch tv :-) Gives a killer stomach! Mine is 1,2 kilos :-)

Crunches only tone musclr underneath.. any cardio will burn the fat so the muscle will show. Jump roping or biking are great.

My boyfriend always tells me to use the technique that Sian H mentioned! Lol. I guess he did it for football exercises. You definitely feel the burn from those! I've never thought of a hula hoop though. Sounds fun! I'm going to look into that. :)

You have to eat right do cardio and try to do some weight training and core exercises. If you switch up your routine it will keep your body guessing.
