I'm getting my haircut by a professional for the first time and I have really curly hair how should I have my hair cut?

I have very curly hair and I have had a lot of very bad haircuts. Just make sure to avoid anything blunt or square. So avoid the straight cuts. They will make the hair very boxy and not frame right. Also careful with layers. They add volume to curly hair in my opinion but if you want volume go for it. I would go for a nice framed cut around your face and maybe some fringe or side bangs.

If you don't like your hair being curly thin it.
