I've tried countless eye creams but nothing seems to work. I've heard that eye creams are just another way for companies to make money and that you can use a face lotion for under your eyes too. Is that true?

It is if you feel your concealer always gets or looks cakey, it will help keep it hydrated and have the concealer go on smoother.

If dehydration of the skin around the eyes the issue, use a natural moisturizer like coconut oil, argan oil, or petrolatum (vaseline) on the problem areas. If the issue is puffy eyes in the morning...use the old trick of taking an ice cube and lightly rub the ice around your eyes to reduce the inflammation. eye creams are sometimes over priced and there are cheaper alternatives...most are natural products around your own home!
