It's cool I think dark blue people could wear everyday or purple but light pink etc. is more fancy dressish.

Sometimes it's tacky but if you choose the right colour it could look cute. It also depends on your other makeup like eyeshadow.

I like them I use LA Splash color mascara they're so pretty and when you add a little liquid liner the same color it brings it out even more.

For brown eyes use purple on the bottom lashes, for blue eyes use green, and green eyes use blue, amazing trick to make eye colour pop but only on the bottom lashes!!
