Same issue. I'm not sure if its cruelty free but the revlon color stay has a shade that almost matches perfectly. True match I believe it's Loriel paris has very pale shades! Look for porcelain shades. :)

Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo is amazing. Full coverage. And I'm fair with pink undertones and use #44. It's really hard to get your hands on right now. But wouldn't hurt to look?? And Kat Von D cosmetics are cruelty free =D Revlon and Loreal are not cruelty free =[

Kat Von D technically isn't cruelty free anymore since it's a Sephora brand, and Sephora sells in China now. Tarte makes very pale foundations. The Amazonian Clay one I had issues separating on me no matter the primer. I think my oily skin just didn't work with it very well. I've heard good things about the Maracuja one though. Milani is a great brand to check out, cruelty free and cheap!

Smashbox Studio Skin in 1.0 is the only cool tone in the brand(I think). And Hour Glass brand is a great one as well.

I remember reading somewhere that Kat Von D is still cruelty free. I got this info from mybeautybunny.com - not sure how correct the info is??
