Can't decide how to do hair and makeup

I am going out tonight and I cant decide how I want to do my hair and and eye makeup, I want to do something different from my normal makeup. I am wearing a vintage style houndstooth dress (black and dark grey) with black leggings. My hair I either want to pull up and put a red flower clip in or leave down with a red bandana in it. I have both red and subtle pink lipstick, so depending on how my eyes are I will be wearing one of those.
