How do you get rid of oily hair and oily skin?

Though at first reaction you may balk at the idea, often the solution to oily skin is to ADD moisture so that the skin doesnt feel the need to over produce its own. Try a good oil free moisturizer. As for the hair, two common causes are washing TOO often, drying the scalp and causing it to overcompensate or product buildup causing your hair to feel greasy when in fact it just isn't getting quite cleaned of the products that you use.
