Intense Moisturizer that doesn't make my face oily

I have really dry skin and have to constantly apply moisturizer. What I'm using still isn't preventing dry skin, though. I need something that will keep my face smooth and soft without making my skin oily (bc sometimes my skin is stupid ad decides it wants to get oily), or my make up look cakey. Any ideas??
