Occ liptars a bit expensive but if u grab a few you can mix and match they last forever!! And you only need a tiny do to cover your whole lips

Try and think of things that are small and worth their weight! You need one good mattifyer, a good primer, highlighter, and when it comes to foundations -stay away from big bottles- the point is to stay compact. I recommend Cinema Secrets Foundation and concealer palettes. I love MUFE HD powder (great call ladies). Try and have your eyeshadows de-potted into Z-Palettes. I also totally agree about the liptars you would only need half a dozen or so and you could mix the rest. You need a great gel liner, I recommend Smashbox Jetset. A few tubes of mascara. A clear, and nude lipgloss.
You want to have everything you NEED but with out extra bulk. Trust me carrying a kit up and down 4+ flights of stairs can happen! And don't be afraid of having a good mix of brands. I sincerely believe no one brand has the best of everything, so be picky! :)

Brushes are the one thing you don't want to skimp on. When you go to Macy's or any department store, see if they can give you samples in reusable containers so you can put all your primer potions, concealers, foundations, etc. in them and you can keep your foundations at home safe and sound. Starting pallets with say Inglot, or MAC can really save you money. Don't forget to apply for your pro discount to get an even better amount. Whatever your makeup is in, it better have rollers in case you're planning for a long trip that you need to carry full bottles of whatever it is. <3.

Touche Eclaud by Yve St Laraint. I don't think I spelled that right to lazy to go look in my purse for the proper spelling. Its great for highlighting, perking up tired eyes, concealing blemishes. Its a must have.
