if your stretch marks are silver then no they wont go as they have broken tissue under the skin the skin has basically collapsed. however if they are red you can use bio-oil this takes the rednesd out of the skin. I have horrible silver ones on my thighs and I am so self conscious you can try toning your arms that seems to reduce the appearance if they are like a silver you can actually get make up to fill in the lines :)

after having two little ones I've gained a few stretch marks. Bio oil works wonders. I got it at Walmart in the lotion section but it won't work overnight. constantly put it on and in a month you'll see a difference.

Try Cocoa butter. You can buy it at Walmart. I have stretch marks on my butt but I don't have a big butt lol.

Ok well I know I'm still young but I have stretch marks on my thighs (from growing to fast) and I was so embarrassed!! But then my doctor recommended mederma stretch mark cream. I put a little on in the mornin and at night and its already been 2 weeks and I see results!! And u can but it at Walmart. I hope I helped!

Once you have "true" stretch marks they can't be erased. If they're red, it's damaged skin and can be fixed with lasers/surgery, and faded with scar cream. Once the skin is stretched past the point or return "silver" the only way to completely eradicate is to lose weight and have them cut out. If its not because of obesity (like the ones on breasts or due to growth spurts) the best option is to drink water an use lotion to prevent further damage. Soft hydrated skin always looks better, even with stretch marks.

Apply a paste of ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup Aloe vera gel, liquid from 6 Vitamin E capsules and liquid from 4 Vitamin A capsules. Store it in a container and place it in the refrigerator. Apply this mixture wherever stretch marks appear.
