My nails are super unhealthy and week, and SHORT :( any advice on how to get them atleast semi back to normal?

Try starting from square one! File them down a bit or cut them and put a nail strengthening polish on your nails. That's what I did! :)

Maybe a week or so? But everyone's nails grow differently so it might be different for you.
