If you want to lose weight and tone up you're going to need to work out, eating healthy only goes so far if you're not putting in any effort to work out it won't be a huge difference.

Just don't snack as much, and drink a lot of water to flush out your system. Also adding some lemons or mint leaves to your water flavours it and they are great detoxifiers! You could also look up some good skinny recipes and quick easy workouts to try!

Well I lost 30 pounds by watching everything I eat. Mainly carbs and grease. Ate five times a day alwayd small portions. I watched alot the calories too. I went from whole milk to skim milk, I looked for breads that had low calories and carb like SandraLee whole wheat bread, I changed my ice cream to the skinny cow brand judt in case I had cravings. I ate food that contain good fat like avocado and nuts, dont over eat them though. Always look the nutrional facts of ehat you est to make sure you are not over doing calories and carbs. Try to excersice at least 40 minutes per day and if you dont want to go to the gym go to youtube and find some workout videos I recommend Tae Bo, Tiffany Rothe workouts and fitness blaster videos. Drinks lotss of water in fact try to eat all meald with water and if you dont like water try to give it flavor by leaving it Overnight with your choice of fruit and drain it the next day. Try no to drink alot of alcohol, and if you do want to drink let it be red wine or vodka with cranberry juice. Hope this helps!!

Pretty much everything Yeny said. Also, if you eat meat cut that out of a few meals (you don't have to cut out of many), especially red meats. The human body wasn't made to consume meat every meal, or even really every day, it is hard to break down and is heavier, but make sure you replace that with other proteins such as beans. Good luck.

drink LOTS of water! green tea boosts your metabolism if you like tea but don't counteract the benefits with tons of sweetener. Just think lots of fruits and veggies (start your morning with half a grapefruit!), lean protein, and try to keep carbs, sodium, and sugar down, you want most of your sugar to come naturally like from fruit. Then of course working out! cardio is gonna be best but strength training won't hurt either, if you don't like to run try swimming or biking. hope that helps :D (on a weight loss journey myself, and was able to lose 25 lbs last year) There really isn't a "good diet" it's about switching to a healthy diet in general to fuel your body, not just temporarily.

You're like me, I used to weigh 150 but now Im 129 and still losing :)

*Drink water or green tea before every meal.
* Eat 5 small meals a day instead of the usual 3 large meals.
* always eat by serving size
*cut out soda
* cut out fast food
* reduce salt intake
* Never skip breakfast or starve yourself
* eat lots of fiber ( 30 to 50 grams a day)
* 5 servings of fruit and veggies
* Don't eat before bed, always go to bed hungry
* 7-8 hours of sleep a night
* Don't drink your calories. ( So cut out sports drinks and juice, etc. I stuck to water and tea only)
* Make one day a week completely meatless
* When you want a snack, eat a zero calorie natural snack. These are actually considered 'negative calorie' because it burns calories to digest them (In proportion)
These foods are:
Asparagus
Apples
Beets
Blueberries
Broccoli
cranberries
carrots
cantaloupe
celery
cucumber
grapefruit
green bean
honey dew
hot chilli peppers
mango
lemon and lime
lettuce
oranges
garlic
onions
papaya
peaches
pineapple
raspberries
spinach
tangerines
strawberries
tomato
and watermelon.
^^^^ so not only are they yummy, they actually burn calories to eat :)

And I found this on pintrest, they're actually supposed to be tummy fat burning foods:
oatmeal
almonds
olive oil
eggs
whey protein
berries
lean meats
whole grain
peanut butter
any green veggie

I hope this helps! Good luck! xx
