I have brown eyes but every time I do a brown or a sliver Smokey eye it just looks like a hot mess lol any tricks on how to make it look like a clean Smokey eye?

Wet your brush before you put eyeshadow or any other product on it, allowing the makeup to only go where u want it. Or u could try a primer first. It should stay better. Hope this helps :)

do your eye makeup before the rest of your makeup and brush away/wipe away the shadow fall out from your face when you finish. Clean up the edges well.
Alternatively, you may like to use a piece of scotch tape from the outer corner of your eye to your eyebrow, slanted outwards. then apply your shadow and remove the tape for a nice clean line :)
