is is okay to wear some makeup while a workout? if so any recommendations how to apply it?

I recommend only wearing eye makeup while working out. Sweating opens your pores and any foundation blush or bronzer could get in there and make you break out.

Eye makeup or lip make up, only one!

I would say Chapstick. To me if you're going to work out you should be sweating, you'll look like an idiot with make up on.

I recommend only wearing chapstick or lip balm.

I really don't wear make up to the gym cause I do sweat but maybe you can wear some mascara and light lipgloss.

I usually wear a touch of some waterproof mascara, and a wax based Chapstick. (eos, blistex etc..) because like the ladies above said exercising makes you hot and sweaty and you definitely don't want all that junk in your pores or your makeup to run.

what's the point? your gonna sweat it off anyway and probably make you break out, let your skin breathe.

i believe it can make you not only break out but also when your body wants to cool down pores are opening and toxins from make up can go deeper and it is not good

i wear full face because i go gym straight after work, but i make sure i give my face a good scrub after so tbh i don't think it actually matters it depends on if you actually cleanse you face or not..

Im with Shaunie...i wear makeup because I work out after work and ive never had break out problems because I use proactive and it exfoliates very well.

I do but it's just what's left at 9 o'clock so basically just some mascara and eyeliner left over.
