This is a models trick. Drink very cold icey water..your body has to warm the water so that your body can absorb it, so when its doing this your losing calories without doing anything really. Instead of pop or juice, drink cold water. Take vitamins they help to convert what youve eaten into energy better.

Nthng can beat exercise and a healthy diet but a trick here and dr works...iv tried ds one so here it goes...eat 2 tomatoes on an empty stomach before breakfast...ul c results in a month...drink warm water it increases metabolism but beware nt to eat too much cos of ds and control ur diet ul c changes! Good luck!

Wow. Thanks again Pooja. Sooo do we drink warm water or ice.cold? I'm confused..
I find drinking water soooooooo hard. I dont crave it. :( Unless Im like working on the yard or working out. I know its bad.. really bad. I just cant help pick apple juice or anything else over it. I guess thats something I have to work on. lol

Drink warm water when you eat it helps you digest, and very cold water every other time. They've also found out that the body doesn't know it's full for a least 20 minutes after its actually full, it's like a survival thing. So eat a light snack 20 mins before heavy meals. The tomato idea was good, celery is great too because it's negative calories. Yes, seriously, it takes more energy to digest celery than it contains.

Things that are easy don't neccessarily have good outcomes. Honestly, watching what you eat really helps the most. Eat like 6 small meals a day and drink lots of water :) keeping your metabolism going helps you lose weight faster. And if you want to lose more body fat, working out helps too. Work out in the morning to boost up :)

There are some new water flavor enhancers that Dasani just came out with so if you don't like water you should totally get these and put them in your water I buy the pink lemonade flavor & they are great ! I hate plain water so with these I get the water my body needs without having to dread drinking plain water & on the bright side they have no calories, sugar or anything...I purchased mine at Walmart :)

also cutting back (not out completely) on carbs helps to because ur body converts carbs to sugar and sugar is used to supply ur body with energy, but once ur body has had its fill of energy insulin stores the excess sugar as fat. ^-^ hope that makes sense.
