Hi ladies...

How do you keep your stomach flat and tonned?

Do you practice aerobics, pilates or other type of workout?!

Iam doing both aerobics and pilates three times a week and iam careful of what Iam eating, therefore, the results are vivid.

Looking forward to read for your ways of having a nice and flat belly.

I jump rope and it seems to work!
