How do i make hair grow faster !

I had extensions 14' they're black so i cant dye them , so pretty much their worthless now :( i still want my hair longer bit extensions are to expensive ! Any ideas on how hair can grow faster ??

I hear massaging you scalp with aloe Vera and coconut oil helps if u do it weekly, then just massage with your finger tips and no added stuff daily. Plus biotin vitamins I hear help with hair growth? I'm testing these methods out myself soon :)
