I am looking for a good exfoliator for my face that i can use a few times a week.
I don't have dry or oily skin its sorta in between. Have tried Clinique and clean and clear but its been too harsh on my skin. Any one have any suggestions would be grateful! many thanks :)

This is what I use, it's really good and gentle on skin, it contains oatmeal.

What you do is wet your face after cleansing, massage it in until the small granules dissolve, then rinse.

I need to try that dermologica exfoliator ... is that the rice based one? I hear great things about it. I have acne prone skin and I am trying to get an exfoliator to help just lather off the dead skin on the surface of my face!

Yes it is, contains rice extract, for all skin types, I use it because I also get blemishes and this leaves it clean and bright, gentle enough to use as often as you please :)

try chemical exfoliants, they are generally more gentle & more effective, I use dermalogica gentle cream exfoliant or REN glyco latic mask
