100% almond helps clear up skin and the Dark circles around eyes. You only need a little on your face because a little goes far. It also makes your skin feel really soft.

If you're issue is genetic, there is nothing you can do, don't waste time & money, unless you are up for surgery. Below suggestions are only for non-genetic conditions.
For dark circles, in most cases no cream can help, except for cream with vitamin K, which has limited scientific data to prove that it lighten certain type of dark circles, so don't be too optimistic. Personally all eye creams that I used did nothing to my dark circles.
For puffy eyes, warm/ cold press is the most effective method to get the fluid moving inside your sinus. Such as warm towel, warm tea bag/ melted ice pack... wish it helps!

Best natural techniques; go to bed slightly earlier, (avoid watching tv just before bed, try a book!) sleep on your back- as hilarious as it sounds, it works for me reducing water retention around your eyes. In the morning, cover an ice cube in a flannel and dab it under your eyes for a few minutes. It will reduce puffiness :)
