I've seen some mua's use lash glue. They apply it where they want the glitter with a small brush then apply the glitter over it with a brush

The best one I've tried, by far, is Too Faced Glitter Glue and I swear by that stuff, it's just A-mazing!!! You can try one of the testers at Ulta or Sephora and if you like it then it's only $18 for the big one I believe and it lasts foreverrr which adds to the greatness of this product. And fallout?? Little to none!! You wont have to worry about glitter running down your cheeks or face with this primer, it realls holds glitter down!

Ive used lash glue works great but i woudnt recommend it i used it cuz thats all i had at home cuz it tends to get thick and peel off. Im really liking too faced glitter glue & lime crimes too :)

I use a small dab of eyelash glue on my lids and then apply glitter eyeshadow... It makes the pigment really intense! ♡
