My cheeks are really dry and red, especially cause its winter. Is there any non expensive cream out there that'll fix this?

I recently picked up this cream and it's called Udderly Smooth. It works really well and keeps my skin so soft and smooth. Also you could try gently exfoliating your cheeks to get rid of the flakes :)
