Ok lady's I have never had terrible acne! My birth control and some body wash have usually kept it under control.. But lately it hasn't worked. My acne is terrible and I think it's from stress. I have a healthy diet and I've used creams and mask and some other things but nothing seems to be working.. Any suggestions? If someone would help it would be greatly appreciated

Wash your face in the shower or right after you he out of the shower because your pores are open due to the steam. Drink a lot of water throughout the day and avoid salty/ greasy foods.

Before you try a million different products, cut dairy out of your diet. It's a major cause of acne. And it's disgusting. Try it for a month and see how your skin is doing. Also, drink lots of water to flush out toxins in your skin.

That sounds a lot more legit. I do drink a lot of protein shakes with milk in them. And eat a lot of yogurt..

I went from vegetarian to vegan and my skin cleared up. It couldn't hurt to try it before you buy harsh chemicals that might make it worse.

There's really no solid evidence that ANY food - IN MODERATION - is ultimately harmful (barring that you're allergic). But what I consider moderation and Americans consider moderation are two entirely different things. Hell, there are some studies relating to alternate day fasting that suggest it's actually extremely healthy to NOT eat every day.
Anyway. That being said, humans do become increasingly more lactose intolerant as they age and it's probably a good idea to cut back on it. I can't even look at a latte anymore. Anything above maybe 6 to 8 ounces at a time and my stomach is in knots for the rest of the day. It's even worse when the dairy in question has a high fat content like whipped cream.
Is it going to clear your skin? Maybe, maybe not. Just cutting soda cleared my skin considerably. There may be something in your "healthy" diet that is aggravating you without you necessarily knowing about it. Could be sugar. Could be wheat. Could be eggs. Could be dairy. On that front, you'll just have to experiment by cutting things out of your diet for a month or so and seeing if it makes a difference.
Other than that, exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate, then exfoliate some more. It might behoove you to use more or a different moisturizer. And sunscreen! For the love of all that is holy, use sunscreen. You didn't mention that you did those things, so if you're not - start. If you are, do more of it.

Wash your face every night and use toner and an oil free moisturizer. I recommend Cetaphil cleanser, any goner for acne prone skin and a good high end moisturizer for acne skin. Also make sure you NEVER touch or pick at your face with your dirty hands. Also I highly recommend getting the Clarisonic. It's a bit pricey but so worth it and it really helped my acne. And only exfoliate twice a week but make sure u don't use a harsh exfoliant and that the beads are small and not rough

My best friend and her mother work at a dermatology office. Dairy is proven to cause acne. I am breaking out really bad so I am going to cut dairy out of my diet and see if it clears up. I've always been known for such nice pretty skin but lately my chin looks horrible :(
