I have quite loose skin on the outer corner of my eye and even after years of practice I still can't do winged eyeliner. If I keep my eye open the skin just creases up, if I close my eye and pull the skin tight it's a mess when I open my eye cos the skins relaxed. I've tried pens, gels and liquid liner.
Any advice or is it just not possible?

You can leave you eye open and sketch the line you want with black eyeshadow then go in with your eyeliner with the skin pulled slightly taut and I find if you lift your eyebrows while doing it helps.. You know like a excited face? Lol you want a really fine point with whatever eyeliner you use I like Jordan's fabuliner I think that's what it's called it's a pen style and as for gel a thin liner brush works better than an angle brush and gel liner wise I have Mac black track but its basically the same as maybellines or any other drug store

My eyes are like that too. It takes practice and patience. I start by drawing the top of the wing holding the skin taut, then I open my eye and see where I need to angle from the bottom to make the wing. That sounds really confusing and I wish I could explain better, but really it just takes a lot of practice.
