it definitely has potential beautiful length.. looks like it could use a trim the ends look a little dry but it may just be the pic... I recommend a chestnut color with Carmel like highlights :) pink fades very fast also

Don't color it wild colors they are a fade and I've not seen anyone that they look good on just abnormal. Keep it healthy and glossy and you'll get lots of attention.
