Hi, so I went to the salon not to long ago to dye my hair dark ash blonde. Before dying it, the lady had to bleach my hair first... Then she dyed it some color (I'm not even sure what color), so my hair turned out looking a lot lighter than my liking. It looks like a light blonde (kinda matches my skin tone).

I went ahead and bought some drugstore hairdye at Target earlier today and bought a DEEP COPPER color to repigment my hair, and bought myself the medium brown to to dye right after.. Would these two products do the trick? I'm a little iffy about going through the whole process, so I want a second opinion.. Are drugstore products OK to use? Would my hair still have little hints of orange even after dying it brown? I would greatly appreciate if anyone would help me out! Thanks.

Your problem is going to be that your hair is porous after the bleach job. Your hair will probably absorb a LOT of pigment, especially at the ends, so expect whatever color you bought to turn out 2-3, maybe even 4 shades darker than the box.

I'm guessing your object is to be lighter than what your original hair color was, just not quite that light (although tbh, it really doesn't look bad at all). I would recommend buying a medium neutral/natural blonde that is AMMONIA FREE to tone down the lightness, and see where you are after that point. If it's still too light for your taste, you can tone it further with a DEMI permanent light brown. If your hair absorbs too much pigment and is too dark, at least it will fade out after a while.

I would suggest going back to the the salon where you got it lightened originally and have the stylist correct the color to what you originally wanted. You may have to pay for the product but not for the service because it wasn't what you wanted.
