If it were me, I'd probably do a bold lip. Personally, it's what makes me feel super confident and sexy. Pretty much, do whatever is going to make you feel your very best, whether that's neutral eyes, bold lips, crazy lashes, whatever. The confidence will impact him the most! Give him hell ;-)

A subtle but pretty lip stain, clear skin, blusher to accentuate your lovely smile and cheekbones, eyeshadow that's punchy without being OTT and false lashes if you can get away with it! But none of that is going to make a lick of difference if you don't light it up with a smile so I stress the smile part, lol.
