How To Heal Scab Quickly?

I posted this on the general but wanted to get as much feedback as possible. I scrapped layers of my skin off my nose in an attempt to remove a small whitehead with my extractor tool. Now I have a horrible purple circle scab on my nose and don't know why else to use besides Neosporin I heal it? Also, any suggestions on a good concealer? Please help beauty gurus!!
