Bio oil works great. If you use it every day! Pricey but works amazing. (:

Either BioOil or Palmers Body Lotion for Stretch Marks. They both work great and last ages.

I use olive oil instead of lotioning after a shower. Mine have visibly lightened and are almost gone after having my daughter. They were bad. All over my stomach and around to my lower back. I even had them on my arms. Now u can hardly see them. I love olive oil for my skin and hair.

Vitamin e is a great scar reducer. They sell it in oil and pill form (just pop the capsule and rub it on). If you use it daily it will help the marks fade!

Ok lots of exfoliation. And this is the secret weapon. Rose hip seed oil. It's an absolute miracle. I give it to all of my clients with scaring or stretch marks. My clients who have recently given birth apply it on there belly, bum and boobs and it really works wonders. Use it every night

I heard exfoliating is only good for brand new stretch marks and that if you've had them for a while, a chemical peel is best, specifically glycolic acid if I'm remembering right because it doesn't just target your surface layer of skin and actually effects the deeper layers where your stretch marks are

And lots of collagen and moisture of course. Both together should help them fade. I have yet to try the peels but I've been just keeping hydrated and moisturized excessively for a couple years now and I'm noticing improvement. Slowly but surely
