I generally use eyeliner pens, but I really want to venture into liquids and gels. I figure it'd be best to try and practice with a drugstore brand before going to higher end brands like Stila. Help please?

Wet N Wild Mega Liner! it's extremely black and even the non-waterproof one is very long wearing. used by some of the best beauty gurus on youtube and it's only around $3. Hope this helps! I love this eyeliner!

NYC is my favorite cheap eyeliner, you get a lot of bang for your buck. But my favorite is the maybelline gel liner, the consistency is great and it lasts all day.

Wet n wild! It's so cheap and you can get water proof or regular liquid eyeliner. It's the only liquid eyeliner ill buy from the store.
