The box says it can be used wet or dry, but I have no idea how to use wet without ruining it? Can someone explain, please?

Wet your eyeshadow brush with water or Fix+ if you have that. But if you don't, just use water. Baked eyeshadows can handle the water so it won't ruin your eyeshadows.
