Hello,

I have been hunting for the perfect dark navy blue eyeshadow that I could use to tight line my eyes (I think that's how it's called lol). I don't really like using liners although sometimes I do. I can't seem to find a good dark navy blue shadow I could use to line my eyes. I have cool under tones in my skin an I love the way the blue looks better than black. Thank you ahead of time!!
