So I made the stupid mistake of biting my acrylics off, and my nails are thin and cracked. I really want to put some nail polish on but it looks bad. Any tips on how to make my nails healthy again?

Definitely let them breathe without polish or falsies. Try to avoid chewing on them. Using a strengthener with garlic might help, but if anything just leaving them alone should help.
