Your best bet is to work with what you've got! All eyebrows have a natural shape, and it's best not to try to change that form because more often than not it's hard to grow it back the way it originally was. If you're really looking to create a better shape, get rid of any stray hairs so that your brows are clean and create the illusion of a different shape. There's so many ways of doing this, you can use a pencil, powders, concealers, etc. For a natural look, try using an eyebrow powder or matte eye shadow in a color that matches you and clean it up with concealer so the look is sharp.
