what kind or scar? the only thing would be microdermabrasion and its really expensive !

any cream they goes into the skin where the scar is formed has to be prescribed by a doctor or dermatologist so I suggest seeing one of them to get proper advice

I have no idea what mederma is but the pharmaceutical laws in australia( don't know what it's like anywhere else but I'm guessing it would be close) states that any cream that goes into the skin deeper then the epidermis must be prescribed. the scar tissue is made under the epidermis. I'm talking about big scars though, if it is a scar from a cut or small acne scars they will most likely fade but microdermabrasion will help it quicker:)
