Dry Hair Split Ends

When I wash my hair it goes super curly and when I brush it goes poofy so I straighten it but that drys out my hair and causes the split ends and dryness

Is here any products that when I wash it it goes straight and non poofy?

And what is the best product to repair hair and give it a silky texture?
