For those with big breast it can give good support and prevent sagging. small chested women don't usually need that support but it's not bad as long as the bra is comfortable.

Lol your boobs don't get saggy if you don't sleep with one and your boobs don't stop growing if you do sleep with one on.

Regardless, if you've never slept without a bra, oh my goodness, YOU NEED TO! It is so comfortable. Like you don't even know. Lol.

I think sleeping with a bra on would be the most uncomfortable thing in the world. Even a sports bra or one that isn't underwire. Nooo thanks. I'll pass lol

I wear a sports bra when I'm sleeping. I have "fake boobs" for lack of better phrasing. The do tend to get uncomfortable at night with no support. The sports bra is just right for me.

Wearing a bra to sleep isn't good. It stretches the bra and it won't fit like it's supposed to.
I don't know how anyone can sleep with one on.
