what do u do to get that flawless lipstick look when you have chapped lips any advice on that?

Exfoliate your lips with a sugar/honey lip mask. And apply a lip balm and blot excess oils off.

Run warm water over a toothbrush, then scrub your lips with it. This will make your lips all smooth and will give it a natural redness from the scrubbing. Then, just apply Vaseline on your lips every night and before you put on your lipsticks. I used to hate my chapped lips but then i discovered these tricks and i love putting on lipstick now :)
You can also make homemade lip scrubs, go on youtube!
