Can you use a concealer for an eyeshadow base/primer ive been using hard candy glamaflauge as a primer base it works for me but does a primer base make it look more bright and vibrant then a concealer?

yes, you can use concealer as a primer. A primer/base is more "built" for making things more bright/vibrant though. That's not what a concealer is made to do.

this might sound weird but sudocrem works great as a primer for eye shadows :)
