Not trying to go against what anyone said, but I don't really recommend a nose piercing. I had my nose pierced for 4 years and it left a nasty scar and dent in my nostril. It bugs me to no end.
If you were to get a piercing, I would say go for belly button. I have had my belly piercing for 4 years and I love it. It's fun to dress up the piercing in the summer time. :)
It does hurt for like 30 seconds, but then there's really no pain.

See i feel that depends on ur luck then, one of my friends was taken to hospital due to belly piercing, she was all in blood.. :) a tiny scar is still a lot more better than any big issues!

I've had my top belly button pierced for almost 8 years. And my bottom pierced for 4 years and I would have to say its one of the easiest piercing. I doesn't hurt at all when pierced. I've also had my nose done too and I have to say it was one of the post painful piercings I've had aside from others I have. But I cried when I got mine. Lol. I don't have it I'm anymore and I have a scar too. It doesn't bother me but its dark and semi noticeable. I would say the belly or lip.

Does tragus or belly button hurt?

Belly butting doesn't hurt much, but it takes a while to heal. Get it done before summer though! Sweat can really irritate it.

doesn't matter what you get pierced go to an experienced piercer! I cannot stress that enough. Every piercing depends on your pain tolerance so asking if such and such hurts is pointless. I have my septum pierced and some people can't even take that. Also good hygiene, health, and after care helps in the healing process. Do not use bactine, peroxide, or alcohol, neosporine, or anything else that iis not sea salt and distilled water/ saline solution mix.

I have both my traguses pierced and I would say yes it does hurt a bit more than a normal piercing. Its a thicker area to get a needle through and because of the angle my piercer had to run the needle through slower than normal on one ear. It wasn't anything I couldn't handle though, it didn't make me cry or tear up. It may be a bit more painful for someone with a not-so-good pain tolerance. But that could be said for any type of piercing because everyone is different.
Overall though, I love them. They healed quickly and are the most comfortable piercing I've had. I forget I have them sometimes. I took out all my other ear piercings and just have them now.

Nothing that will scar your face... You probably won't love it in a few years, I'd start with something like a Tragus, Rook, or your belly button! :)

My two cents:
You seem especially worried about pain! At the moment i have 14 piercings. I love all of them... and all of them hurt. In my experience the cartilage (ear, nostril) piercings were definitely the most painful! You seem to have happily endured the other piercings since you're coming back for more, i'm sure you'll be able to handle your next choice!
And a side note: the only mainstream piercing i can think of that will not give you a visible scar is the septum. Seems like that isn't the aesthetic you're going for, but if scars are truly fear inducing for you, it's worth mentioning!
Good luck and enjoy your new piercing! :D

Tragus doesn't hurt at all. I've had mine for about 4 years and i love it. But if you have a choice, get it pierced with a stud not a hoop because i had a hoop and my hair was always getting tangled in it

I have had my belly, gauges, cartlidge, tongue, and at one point monroe pierced, i dont have any of it now, although i can still get rings through cartlidge, one side of my lip, and my belly, but i have had those pirecing for a while... i would think hard before you go off and get anything pireced, cause i know you will say you will never take it out, but i said the same thing. im all for piercings and tattoos, but you have to make sure you want them. but i would recommend your nose or get an industrial piercing or even your belly, i got mine when i was 10,and i love it, cause it dont show often!.. they are cute, and little...
