I would guess its a rash but if you've had it for a coupleof years I would definitely get it checked out by a dermatologist

You might have eczema u have it on my hands it can be fixed with eucerin lotion an untreated rash or rosacea. But I agree with the above comment; check with a dermatologist.

I had that and I started using Clerasil and mostly not everything went away. You can find that at most drugs stores.

I sometimes get little bumps on my skin. First make sure you're not eating anything different or using a new product. It could be a reaction to medication. When I take antibiotics I always get a rash.
If you haven't changed anything in your normal routine it could just be dry winter skin. Cetaphil lotion usually helps my skin when I get these bumps. If nothing else works, your best bet is to see your dermatologist.

I believe is rosacea. I went to 3 different dermatologist and they gave me a bunch of expensive meds, but only Clerasil worked wich is the cheapest. :$ ugh, waste of money but at least for a consult you should go
