be sure to moisturize really well and use a hydrating mist or primer before your foundation and you can pretty much choose any foundation for dry skin. I would use the Revlon nearly naked or the covergirl 3 in 1

I have extremely dry skin and I love the Loreal true match LUMI. I use a good moisturizer every day before my foundation and my dry skin is still terrible. The LUMI foundation actually applies better than my MUFE HD foundation. So I would definitely say give it a shot.
