Hi! I am fair skinned (ie..PALE lol) and have a good foundation routine but I'm noticing the last few days,.dark circles under my eyes. So, what causes them AND how do I get rid of and/or cover them? I think my foundation almost makes them look worse! HELP!

Everynight, put Vaseline on the dark circles. Once a week (or more) pour cooold milk into a bowl, dip cotton balls into it and put them on your whole eye (convering the eye circles too of course) for 10 minutes. This will instantly bright up the skin around your eye. The Vaseline works well too!
Also, you can put sliced cucumbers or potatoes over your eyes!

I wouldn't put any kind of thick concealer under your eyes because they will settle into fine lines (if you have any) lol. I like the instant age rewind for under the eye area. It Loreal has one its the LUMI one. It's light and brightening. Certain colors can counteract and make it look worse so just do your research and I hope you find something!
