u have small eyes which is u dont have a lot of room to work with but u can still do fun stuff with your eyes youtube has a lot of videos on hooded or small eyes u can pick something up from the videos

You have hooded eyes, so do it :) I would suggest using neutral colors and a light color on the inside corner of your eyes. Tight line with eyeliner.

Some tips: line your eyes thin so that you have more lid area for shadow. Tightline (line the upper waterline). To accentuate the size of your lids, use a light colour there. Avoid shadows with red, pinkish tones for crease cuz they'll make the hooded part look even more swollen. Try a cooler shade like khaki for crease.

No problem. That's pretty much what I got from the Internet when I was trying to learn how to do makeup on hooded eyes. I think it'll take some experimenting. Hope you'll find techniques and colours that suit you. Good luck.
