So many of us do little things that make improvements to our skin, hair, make up application.. Do you have any rules you follow?
My main rule is looking after my skin.. WATER. WATER. WATER ha.
I'd love to hear yours, it's interesting to hear about little things people do.

defiantly vitamin C! I try to drink a warm lemon water recipe a day to help with strengthening collagen to prevent wrinkles:) also facial massage when cleaning at night to keep the blood working to regenerate healthy skin:)

Sunscreen! Tanning causes wrinkles, dark spots, and other less-than-beautiful damage. Also, as a two time skin cancer patient (whom is currently awaiting results of another biopsy), I can't understand why people willingly risk their health just to change the color of their skin. If you really want to go darker, use self-tanner! Your skin will thank you when you are older!

Ah, Erin, I tell myself I'm going to drink warm lemon juice & water once a day, as well as green tea but both are a bit 'urgh' tasting haha

Emily, I totally agree.. The sun can un do so much hard work.
I hope everything goes well with your results. I also don't understand why people risk their health. I live in the UK and as it's not overly sunny here, a lot of people use sun beds. It baffles me.

the taste is horrible but it's so good for your skin:) and defiantly sunscreen and water! all of these together really help your skin- I defiantly wouldn't suggest Vaseline as it is petroleum based and really really bad for your skin

Go for a blow! ;) I started going for long walks again and immediately noticed that my skin gets far less oily and looks fresh and just feels comfortable.
