in some cultures they eat ding beetles and their larvae with the belief that is like a beauty elixer creating lush long hair, strong long nails and glowing healthy skin.

sorry :D I couldn't help myself. I am feeling kinda froggy tonight. anyhow, yeah, healthy hair starts on the inside, eat good, take your vits, drink water, excercise, al that jazz. use minimal products and heat, quality conditioners and being gentle with it (no maniacle combing while wet! lol) that sorta stuff ;D

Try Wen shampoo so it doesn't dry the roots, then hit the diet. Nuts and foods high potassium help. But unfortunately not everyone's hair will grow long, in fact, only a very % of the population can grow their hair past 1 1/2-2 feet long so the length it is might just be the length it's meant to be. But hey, theirs alway extensions!

try not to have shampoos with sulphate in, it's really drying:) don't hear damage it and use oils at the ends in the day and at night put it in the roots. the more oil that gets in your scalp it'll grow so they say:) don't wash your hair too often:) massage your head for 3minutes every day to stimulate your scalp:) I do this whilst my argon oil in on:)
