Usually I just wash my face with cleanser and use moisturizer afterwards. Lately I've discovered there are serums, eye creams, masks, exfoilators, etc around. I'm not sure what I really need to use or how often. My skin is pretty normal expect the winter and it gets dry. What are some of your skincare regiments? How many times a week do you exfoilate your skin? Use a mask? Thank you!

You definitely want to add an eye cream to your daily routine. Serums are great treatments to use in addition to your regimen according to your skin concerns (acne, anti aging, etc). As an Esthetician I recommend exfoliating twice a week and doing a mask at least once a week. It's good to exfoliate and mask weekly to remove dead skin cells, hydrate and give your skin a healthy glow! Of course you want to adjust this depending on what your skin is doing that particular day (dryer due to weather, so exfoliate an additional day). Some of my favorite products are Philosophy, Premier Skincare and Mario Bedescu. Hopes this helps! ~Lay'Na "The Glam Girl"

So before bed I cleanse my skin with coconut oil and a warm cloth. After I've removed it all I apply some rose hip seed oil as an overnight treatment and go to sleep. In the morning I splash with warm water and with a cotton pad wipe over my skin with organic rose water. I use an organic day cream. Twice a week I scrub my skin with a sugar exfoliator. I go and have an hour facial once a month.

This is a very thorough but basic routine. Feel free to use it and change it as you need.
