I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of my red irritated skin. I normally have beautiful skin. I thought I was allergic to something so I was taking allergy medicine immediately after my face broke out. Its mostly off my face, but then I noticed yesterday that my eyelids are pink again and I have redness around my mouth again. I've done home remedy masks to attempt to get rid of it. I was thinking of trying Queen helene's oatmeal and honey scrub, but I'm a little scared. I need help and I CAN'T afford a dermatologist! Any advice? I've also been taking Biotin vitamins everyday for almost 2 weeks, I drink water everyday and I'm taking chewable vitamin C tablets.

Stop taking any new supplements and using any new products. If you are having an allergic reaction it will stop when the allergen leaves your system. If you don't know what you are allergic to, you can get an allergen test from your family doctor (should be covered by insurance but check to be sure). Take benadryl and do not exfoliate the irritation, that will make the inflammation worse. If you have any symptoms of anaphylaxis, call 911 immediately.
